Account & store data: When you connect your Shopline store, we receive and store information such as your store domain, store name, merchant email, and OAuth tokens needed to sync orders and provide the service.
Order data: We sync order information from your Shopline store, including order IDs, customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, order totals, payment method, and order status. This data is used to run our AI risk analysis and automation rules.
